cancellation policy
As a consumer you have the following right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal for lessons and courses (services)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
Right of withdrawal for books (goods)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ArabVista UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Mainzer Straße 25, 10247 Berlin, Germany, email: info@arabvista.net, phone: +49 152 57053006) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You can also declare your withdrawal via the withdrawal form on this page ; we will then confirm receipt immediately by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
For lessons and courses: If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
For books: We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
