Good to know
Individually or as a group?
Both. Private lessons suit executives and very specific goals, groups suit teams with a similar level. We are happy to advise you on what fits better.
Where do lessons take place?
Live online via video. Participants can join from any location or from home. We are happy to discuss other formats in the needs assessment.
How is invoicing handled?
The invoice goes to your organisation. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
What happens if you cancel?
Up to 14 days before the course starts you cancel free of charge. From 7 to 13 days we charge 50%, after that the full amount. You can swap participants free of charge until the course starts.
What if a teacher is absent?
Then we provide a substitute or reschedule the session in agreement with you. No lessons are lost.
Is there proof of attendance?
Yes. After completion, every participant receives a certificate of attendance with content, scope and period – for example for the personnel file.
What about VAT?
VAT treatment follows the applicable statutory rules and, where relevant, recognition by the competent authority. We show the tax transparently in the offer.

In our terms, Part D “Courses for companies, public authorities and institutions”, as well as in the individual contract.
