Both programmes run in parallel. When you register, just tell us what interests you – or whether you’d like both.

For everyone learning Arabic: you put what you’ve learned into practice straight away – at the market, in restaurants and talking to locals, accompanied by your tour guide.
🏛️ Cultural trip
For everyone who wants to discover the country, its people, history and architecture. Arabic only comes up along the way – no prior knowledge needed.
🎓 Good to know: We travel in small groups with a team member who speaks Arabic and accompanies you throughout. Interested? Just let us know when you register.
Your trip programme
You book the trip programme with us. You book your flight and hotel yourself – or we take care of it for you as a service.
Everything on site included
Early bird: register by 31.03.2027 and save €100.
- 8 lunches in selected traditional restaurants
- Domestic flights or journeys between Cairo, Luxor and Alexandria plus all transfers
- All entrance fees for pyramids, museums and temples
- Tour guide in German and Arabic, all 10 days
When you register, you pay €250 – it is offset against the programme price.

Guide price for flight and hotel: approx. €1,600 per person in a single room, depending on the flight price. Sharing a double room makes the hotel cheaper. You receive your own offer and an invoice with the exact costs as per receipt.
Important: We only arrange flights and hotels. Your contract is directly with the airline and hotel – their terms apply. If a flight is cancelled or a hotel has to close, the airline or hotel will refund you according to their rules; we will help you with this.
Interested in the booking serviceExtra requests such as additional luggage, in-flight meals or a specific seat are possible with the booking service and cost a surcharge depending on the request.

How safe your registration is
Our trips almost always take place. To help us reach the minimum of 6 participants quickly: don’t wait to see whether the trip takes place – just register. We’ll get back to you quickly.
- Register (binding)Fill in the form and pay the €250 registration fee straight away. This secures your place – the €250 is offset against the programme price.
- Trip confirmedAs soon as 6 people have signed up, we confirm the trip and send you the security certificate.
- Pay the balanceWith the confirmation you receive the invoice for the rest of the programme price. You then book your flight & hotel yourself – or with our booking service.
- Not enough people?Then you get your money back in full as quickly as possible.
- Off you goWe’ll tell you the exact meeting point in good time. Please always be there on time.

🛡️ Your money is protected
All payments are protected by insolvency insurance with R+V Versicherung. You receive the security certificate with the confirmation.
↩️ 14 days to think it over
Within the first 14 days after registering, you can withdraw free of charge and get the registration fee back in full.
✈️ Flight & hotel
If you book yourself, you take care of arrival and accommodation. With our booking service we book both in your name – cheaper if two of you share a double room.

We only arrange flights and hotels: your contract is directly with the airline and hotel. In case of cancellations they refund according to their rules – we’ll help you. Travel cancellation insurance is a good idea.
📍 Meeting point
With or without a flight: we’ll tell you the meeting point for each day. Please be on time so the group can start together.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to speak Arabic?
For the cultural trip you don’t need any prior knowledge. If you’re interested in the language trip, we’ll tell you after registering what you should learn beforehand – for example in one of our courses.
What happens to my registration fee if the trip doesn’t take place?
If fewer than 6 participants have signed up 6 weeks before departure, you get the registration fee back in full as quickly as possible. Once we have confirmed the trip, it will definitely take place.
And if something comes up after confirmation?
If you have to cancel yourself, for example due to illness, or something happens that is beyond our control – such as storms or natural disasters – contact your travel cancellation insurance. That’s why we strongly recommend taking one out.
Do I need a visa?
Citizens of almost all EU countries do not need a visa in advance – if one is required, you usually get it directly on arrival at the airport. After confirmation we’ll tell you exactly what you need for entry.
Which insurance do I need?
We recommend travel cancellation insurance, international health insurance and travel accident insurance. You take these out yourself.
Can two of us share a room?
Yes. If we book the hotel for you through our booking service, you share a double room – that’s cheaper than two single rooms. Just let us know when you register.
What if my flight is cancelled?
Then the airline has to refund the ticket price or rebook you – this also applies if we booked the flight for you, because the contract is directly between you and the airline. We help you get in touch and pass on any refunds we receive to you immediately.
Can I join if I don’t live in Germany?
Yes, our trips are open to participants from all countries. You either travel to the meeting point yourself or use our booking service.
